Suzanne heads up one of two finance delivery teams and has 18 years of experience working in and leading NHS finance teams; working with clinical and operational teams to deliver strong financial performance, transformation and sustainability in acute, community and mental health services.

Her experience includes the production of large complex business cases, delivery of wide - ranging transformation programmes and commissioner contract management across the NHS, local authority and third sector partners as well as the financial impact of merging both NHS organisations and patient services.
