Suzannah has 20 years of recruitment and search experience leading a diverse range of assignments across a variety of sectors during this time Suzannah searched national and international markets to build appointable shortlists of candidates, whilst also generating future business opportunities.

Since joining MIAA five years ago, Suzannah has worked with a variety of clients designing bespoke programmes of work spanning; CHC patient case reviews, electric care recovery financial modelling, Oximetry@Home pathways, pathology network target operating model design, digital maturity matrix and transformation programmes, financial and governance reviews in addition to the resourcing at scale programmes.

Suzannah is passionate about improving recruitment and supporting clients to recruit smarter to reduce agency spend and save the system money. She has designed resourcing programmes for clients; creating appointable cohorts of relevant candidates and filled 440+ vacancies of various specialisms including nurses.
