Sharon leads one of the two finance delivery teams with a focus on technical finance projects. She has a background in NHS finance in acute trusts and commissioning organisations and in housing association, financial services and manufacturing.

She is particularly experienced in NHS costing and income, personalised healthcare (continuing health care, funded nursing care and mental health packages), system changeovers, group accounting and VAT.
