Phil works in the delivery team that focuses on technical finance projects. He is a qualified CIMA accountant with a background in public sector external audit, having worked for both the National Audit Office and the former Audit Commission. 

Phil’s recent MIAA experience includes management of large-scale continuing care review projects, service activity & finance reviews and due diligence support for transfer of functions.
