Leon is an experienced operations and programme manager with a positive, can-do approach and a strong focus on teamwork. With over 24 years in the Ministry of Defence, he has led teams of all sizes, managed complex national and global supply chains, and delivered results in challenging environments.

Bringing over nine years of quality auditing experience, Leon ensures high standards are maintained across all areas of work. In his current role managing the Solutions PMO portfolio, Leon oversees a diverse range of programmes and projects, ensuring workstreams are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Known for fostering collaboration and a “one team” mentality, he creates an environment where people work effectively together and deliver their best.
