Newly appointed MIAA Director of Operations, Gayle Wells has signed the One NHS Finance Declaration, reiterating MIAA’s commitment to the culture, values and behaviours that enabled us to achieve Towards Excellence Level 3 Accreditation.

MIAA are committed to working to One NHS Finance standards, to drive a culture of people development and inclusion.

The Towards Excellence Accreditation process provides assurance that MIAA processes and procedures in place and make sure MIAA continues to be a great place to work.

I am personally connected into many of the programme of One NHS Finance, through the work as NW Value Maker lead, having developed the NHS Finance Careers site, and through supporting the Finance Academy Programmes.  Now more than ever it is essential that finance professionals in the NHS work together to support the delivery of safe, effective and efficient patient care and I am proud to affirm MIAA commitment to this goal”
