We’re proud to share that our Digital Teams have been formally awarded the Digital Skills Development Network’s ‘Towards Excellence in Digital Standards Level 3’ accreditation — the highest level of recognition in this national framework.

This achievement is a powerful endorsement of our ongoing commitment to developing our people and ensuring we deliver the highest quality digital services to the organisations and communities we support.

The Level 3 accreditation, part of the NW Skills Development Towards Excellence programme, recognises NHS organisations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to digital workforce development and standards. For us, it reflects:

• A deep-rooted culture of continuous improvement in digital skills.
• Advanced digital competence across the organisation.
• A strong and sustained investment in staff development, particularly in digital roles.
• Successful completion of a rigorous, peer-assessed validation process.
