Led by insights from internationally recognised thought leaders; Professor Sidney Dekker, well known for his work on patient safety and key to the development of restorative and just culture, having written widely on the subject, Dr Robert De Boer, Professor of Safety Management, University of Amsterdam and safety management consultant.
The session also included an in-depth case study from Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust CEO, Professor Joe Rafferty providing valuable perspectives on establishing a fair and learning-focused culture in health and care settings.
