We’re already seeing some great applications of AI, but more needs to be done to fully harness the benefits of these technologies so they can be used safely and ethically at scale.

Digital Strategist, Tiffany St James discussed the current uses of AI, examining differences between AI and generative AI. She focused on policy making around AI currently looks like and how it is currently being used in business in both the public and private sectors. She detailed case study examples in local government and health.

She also covered the range of creative tools that people are using to support research, productivity and the image and video tools, finally looking at the next steps for organisations in terms of AI capability.
