Gayle has over 22 years experience of working across regional and national NHS finance networks . As Director of Operations, Gayle leads the management of MIAA’s Corporate Business Unit. This role that includes a wide range of services including data analytics, marketing and research and development along with internal functions such as Finance, Communications and HR.

She has extensive experience of working in and across NHS finance, having worked in commissioning and provider organisations, in Greater Manchester and Merseyside and Cheshire, as well as nationally through the One NHS Finance and HFMA networks.  She is HFMA NW Branch Vice Chair, and the NW Value Maker lead.

Gayle is passionate about supporting individuals and thus organisations to achieve their full potential, and is in her final year of Masters study (MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology) through distance learning with Northumbria University.

Outside of work, Gayle actively volunteers as a committee member of Formby Community Football Club, a coach for her local cricket club for 5-8 year olds, and she enjoys playing and watching womens’ cricket. Gayle is also a creative accountant, enjoying crochet and knitting for relaxation.
