MIAA is delighted to announce that Andrew Bowdler, Principal Data Analyst, has been awarded Chartered Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), one of the highest professional recognitions in management and leadership. 

The award recognises Andrew's sustained contribution to leadership, innovation and professional practice across more than two decades in the public sector. As Principal Data Analyst at MIAA, Andrew has played a leading role in developing advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence governance and assurance approaches that support NHS and public sector organisations to make better-informed decisions and adopt emerging technologies responsibly. 

Andrew previously achieved Chartered Manager status and has continued to demonstrate strategic leadership through the development of AI governance frameworks, assurance models, training programmes and innovative analytical solutions. His work has helped position MIAA at the forefront of responsible AI adoption, data-informed decision making and digital transformation across the NHS and wider public sector. 

In addition to his work within MIAA, Andrew regularly contributes to professional networks, conferences and learning events, sharing expertise on topics including data analytics, artificial intelligence, governance and assurance. He has also been recognised nationally for innovation in the application of analytics to strengthen oversight and assurance.
