MIAA's Digital Teams were formally awarded the Digital Skills Development Network’s ‘Towards Excellence in Digital Standards Level 3’ accreditation at yesterday's Connect Conference. This is the highest level of recognition in this national framework.
This accreditation is part of the NW Skills Development Towards Excellence programme, which celebrates NHS organisations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to digital standards and workforce development.

The assessors were particularly impressed by the positive and unified culture across the team and the success and impact of our intern programme. They also commented on the evidence that there is strong sense of shared purpose and alignment across the team.
This is a fantastic achievement that reflects the hard work, commitment, and important contribution we make to the organisations and communities we support.”
About the Accreditation
The Digital Skills Development Network accreditation is peer-assessed and requires organisations to demonstrate evidence of capability and good practice across a wide range of criteria — all aimed at supporting the professional development of digital staff.
