FRAUD NEWSFLASH - Bogus NHS Websites

MIAA's Fraud Team have been made aware of websites in use containing details similar to the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and other NHS websites to send bogus job offers to the public and some NHS email addresses.

The websites are:

www.chestercountynhs.com

www.nhstrust.net

 

The sites have been blocked for users of NHS computers, but the sites are public and so are still available to the general public.

Advice: NHS staff should remain vigilant for these types of phishing emails. Please do not fall for them.

Please report any frauds to your Anti-Fraud Specialist who may ask you to contact Action Fraud.
