MIAA Launch System Leadership Development Programme

MIAA is proud to announce the launch of our system leadership development program for aspiring and current leaders in partner organisations and client organisations.

This is a practical development programme grounded in tested leadership theory. The programme consists of four modules, delivered face to face. Each module will be highly interactive, with  leaders from local NHS organisations presenting and talking to delegates.

We are launching this value added offer for all clients with one free place available per client. However, places in this cohort are limited to 8 therefore early nominations are suggested if you wish to take up the offer of one of these places.

Successful candidates must meet the mandatory entry requirements:

• Nominations for learners to join the programme should be supported by evidence Director of Finance (or equivalent) sign off.
• Commitment to learn about themselves and the wider system and develop a network across the Northwest and wider
• Must be able to commit to attend all sessions
• Organisation must be able to provide a room for one of the sessions to be held in person 
• Commitment to personal development
• The proposed A4C bandings for this programme would be Band 6 and above however this is not a limitation, just a guide.
