MIAA is proud to be awarded IIP Gold for the second time

We are delighted to be awarded We invest in people, gold accreditation.

MIAA aims to deliver value and improve services for the public and third sectors clients that we serve. We value our employees because we understand that they are the key to the great service that we offer to our clients.

Gold accreditation means that we have got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from our Managing Director to our finance apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.

Very few public sector or NHS bodies achieve this level of IIP accreditation and to achieve Gold twice in three years makes it all the more special.”

MIAA has a long-standing successful internship programme in conjunction with Liverpool John Moores and Manchester Metropolitan Universities designed to grow talent for the future and invest in our local economies. This programme is has seen interns return to develop their careers at MIAA and the wider NHS. 

Alongside this we also created a graduate entry route to internal audit through the NHS Annex 21 Training Contract and have developed a leadership development programme is designed for aspiring and new leaders which we are now offering to our clients.
