The crisis brought about by the global pandemic has had an impact on everyone. For people who work in health and social care it has been an undoubtedly stressful time.
This event is for everyone in the health and social care sector who wants to learn how they can understand their responses when under pressure at work and how they can respond differently and help others to do the same. Attending the workshop will enable you to have a greater insight into yourself when feeling under threat and how you can move beyond this to a more collaborative approach.
This will be a cutting edge workshop based upon a radical new understanding and awareness of the limitations we bring to work with us every day. Based upon her book -Beyond Threat- this event will provide an unconventional space for Nelisha to work with leaders to enable them to uncover the hidden drives and motivation at work for themselves and others and understand what they can do about it.
